Angiogram?

I had an Angiogram done in 01/2007. i have familial-cholestorol (latest lipo showed total of 6,9 fasting) During the Angio they only found coronary artery spasms. no blockages found.

the past 4 weeks or so I have been experiencing chest tightness and some burning pains in chest - at rest. lasting under 1 minute and dissolves by itself. I have not been taking any Cholestorol meds (medical aid depleted) for the past 7months. I normally follow a low fat diet and I am not overweight, 32 years old, female. I started doing lite exercise about 2 weeks ago. I don't have any chest pains during exertion. Just feel muscle weakness.

is it necessary to have an Angio done again? could I have plaque due to not using meds?

would appreciate any advice.

I was put on Simvistatin, 3 years ago.  Latest Cholestorol test said 6,9 and they changed it to Aspavor, but I got terrible muscle pains from it and stopped drinking it... that was 7 months ago...

I am not very good on remembering to drink meds in any way... I don't eat fatty foods and exercise 4 times a week.  Shouldn't that be enough to keep my heart healthy?

I made an appointment with another Cardio and will see him 4 Feb.

You need to see a doctor and tell him about your symptoms only he/she can determine if you should have another angiogram.

If you have familial cholesterol and if its high why didn't your doctor put you on meds?  What did he/she say to do about the high cholesterol?

Can someone please help me?  I am reeeeeeeeally worried.

Last night I was getting ready for bed, lying down, watching TV in my room when I noticed that my heart was racing.  I didn't stress to much about that (not an anxious person) but when I tried to sleep, turning on my side, I noticed that my chest is burning, jaw feels as if it is pulling and tingling in fingers.
