No very familiar with this but I think that the following can be applicable:
"catheter-based percutaneous myocardial revascularization or channeling (PMR/PMC), laser therapy"
http://www.aafp.org/afp/990901ap/tips/20.html
"Transmyocardial Revascularization"

Good luck,

Are you referring to coronary artery spasms? If so, if there is no obstruction then there is no need for any intervention. Only treatable with meds. Sometimes it helps to find the triggers and try to avoid those. I suffer with these spasms, or with the unstable angina. Nothing more I have found yet that can be done. The real problem I have with this condition is the sleep loss when these episodes happen. I have been awaken as many as 5 times during the night. I take the Nitroquick and it goes away, About an hour later the next spasm happens. I have to take the nitro again. Are you taking a calcium channel blocker? This could help also.
