Bloated stomach

Everytime Aftter i eat i feel my stomach bloated. It's a very painfully feeling and it triggers my PVCs and causes me to feel short of breath. Almost Everytime I have a meal I start to feel bloated , then that triggers other symptoms like sob, and PVCs. I also feel my heart pound hard in my chest and back, it feels like its working extra hard. Literally any meal big or small triggers all those symptoms. I have told my doctor many times and all he tells me is that it's not heart related. My cardiologist doesn't want to order any more heart test untill i follow up with a gastroologist. Im not convinced that my symptoms are not triggered by an underlined heart condition, because I have shortness of breath followed by pounding heart beats and some PVCs.  Does anyone know what might be triggering my symptoms? Does this sound heart related or should I lissen to my cardiologist and follow up with a gastroologist?  Does anyone suffer from the same problem and might know there cause please share.

Trust me on this, your Cardiologist has your health and best interest in mind.  See a Gastroenterologist.  I have had both heart issues as well as GERD issues, your symptoms sure sound like you have an issue with digestion.  PVC's are something almost everyone has, and because eating is a trigger, you may have problems with GERD, a swallowing issue, or other issues associated with eating.
It sounds to me like you have a great Cardio doctor, based on your post.  Trust him/her.

It could be a gastric problem, even a hernia such as a hiatal hernia. I would probably start with the gastroenterologist because it is associated with eating. These experts soon know if it is heart related and steer you towards a cardiologist anyway.
