Chest pain, shortness of breath, tired

I am 36 and I had to go emergency room for my chest pain.  Driving from work to home, I got chect pain that traveled to my back.  it was so bad that I had to pull over.  I had chest x ray, EKG, angigram (cardiac catheterization), stress test everything was norma.  At the time my blood pressure was 84/52 and my pulse were 51.  All my blood test came normal, but I still have chest pain.  It feels like an elephant is sitting on my chest and I have shortness of breath.  It gets worse when I walk.    sometimes it feels like burning pain.  I am taking pepcid AC thinking it might be my stomach, but didn't help.  I used to be workhalic, excercised at least 3 - 5 times a week, but now I can't do any of that.  This is consuming my life.  I have 2 kids and all I do is lay down when I am at home.  I went to another doctor I was told that I have minor  regurgitation.  It's not severe enough to cause these problems.  I also get irregular heart beat some times.  Please help.

Please read my journal here at 'joanincarolina' and see if this helps with things you  can identify with. As kenkeith stated it sounds like microvascular involvement in your heart, not regurgitation. Let me know. Joan.

Your symptoms indicate non-obstructive ischemia (lack of blood flow).  That condition involves some blockage of microvessels (not seen by cath) and/or coronary vessel spasms.  Minor regurgitation would not cause the symptoms you are experiencing

If not heart related, then it could an embolism(s) (blood clots within the pulmonary system).

Is your pulse 50'ish all the time?
For many people this pulse means their heart is healthy and strong,
but people who are not in good shape might suffer dizziness, being out of breath and even pain in chest.

In these cases a pacemaker can easily make the heart beat faster.
I hope the cause of your problem is easy to solve.

Maybe hiatal hernia?
