COULD FALL HAVE AFFECTED MY LEAD IN MY HEART?

I recently had a somewhat of a hard fall in my computer room and am a pacemaker patients due to bradychardia..since then I have been having chest pain, chest pressure, achiness in my spine and neck and frequent headaches.

Yes, a direct impact to the heart can traumatized the heart.  But the pain you are experiencing can be due to bone, rib and muscle injury as well. This would be more likely if taking a deep breath causes chest pain.
