Exactly, I had a funny feeling when I first took it (no more than 2 weeks) and stopped immediately and I thought it was my heart that was affected.
No, it would be unheard of for Celebrex to damage your heart valve. Celebrex and similar drugs do cause high blood pressure in many individuals, though.
You might have gone forever and not known about the heart valve if you had not gotten high blood pressure from the Celebrex. Follow whatever advice the cardiologist gave you, and don't worry.
