anxiety symptoms do match your description and anxiety can upset the stomach. We have all felt the butterflies at sometime or other. If you stop worrying about your heart, you will find your symptoms will be less severe. Most heart problems come on with exertion, such as walking briskly. They usually start off mild and over time as the blockages increase, the symptoms become a lot more noticeable. Chest pains as you describe would be associated with severe angina and you would have problems whether walking or at rest, so basically, all the time. I would go with your Doctors diagnosis and try to forget about having heart problems. If there are particular things causing you anxiety, then you should do your best to avoid them or take slow deep breaths, with your shoulders relaxed to reduce the symptoms.
