Don't want to upset my Doctor, but: Please help

I'm white and a female of 40 years of age.  Last Dr. viset 6 years prior.  Lymph nodes and chin splints.

Two years ago I went to the doctor due to being lightheaded/ hitting the ground due to gardening, cutting grass, or hunting with bp of 145/90 as a norm and 168/115 after walking up the hill to my house.  Had a big time pain in my back.  Had a ct of head(no comment/ok), a ecko of heart (showed an atreal septal anyurism) no biggie, a venious doppler (ok), and four other dopplers all normal.
My Doctor put me on Medoprol tart 50 mg., Triamterene/hctz 50/25, and an aspririn/day in which helped for those 2 years.  I didn't notice anything wrong with my bp. up untill the last couple of months.

I started again with my pains in my shoulder area of my back and my lymph nodes swelling.
MY bld test were CBC w/diff, Basic medabolic panal, Iron panal, B12,folate,ferr, ect lipis panal w/ ALT(236 total, LDL153 and the other 69), TSH T4, C&Sfree Urinalyses RT TY(BLd in urine0, HS CRP cardiac (6.2), and FSH LH normal.  Sugar was 101.  Hot flashes with face and sweating not due to pre mentapause (just no answer), no biggie.  All pretty good.

Shotting pains are now threwout my body (massive).  Told her on my last viset that my arm felt like it was filled with cement and that I couldn't think straight.  I could barilly focas on her  cause everything seemed like it was under water.  So she thought it was my nerves.  Well I don't agree on nerve pills because I don't think need them. She said there was "nothing else she could do and maybe I had to bloom or maybe had the flu" even. That sorta made me angry.  Others can see my heartbeat just by looking at my chest, stomack, and neck.  I get heart burn now, shotting pains threwout my body(bad), feel like I'm going to get sick everytime I put my head down on the pellow due to feeling my heartbeat so heavy in my chest, neck and head(maybe from vertigo)?  Walking like a penquin in the morning.  Ankles don't want to bend.  I can't understand, if it's not heart related, ???Lyme???
Or can things change that much over 2 years?????

I'm thinking about asking her for my medical records but don't want to upset her cause she has helped me threw my bp issues and has been nice.  I just don't think I'm in need of nerve pills and truelly think something is possibly missed  I don't know where to turn.  Also my hair is thinning, arm hairs and privet area and legs about gone.  Any suggestions would be greatly a plus.

Michelle Hi.  Thanks for the reply again.

I asked for the records so that I could FIRST look at them.  One day I'm told I could have a heart attack or a stroke on any given day and the next not to worry about it (big difference).  I'm not afraid of death so therefor I don't believe it's in my head or stress.     4 years before seeing any doctors one night my heart beat was fast and hard.  I tried to walk away so no one would notice, colapsed, stopped breathing, heart stopped, turned grayish and my pupals disappeared was brought back, from a beautiful warm field to puke for an hour and never got checked.  (my choice)  It wasn't a worry just a huge embarresment.     I just want to see for myself what my test results show.

My heart beat has been hard and load for years.  I think it's just high blood pressure.  In which she keeps low with meds, but you can still see my heart beat in my chest and neck.  The pounding and sharp pains probably just cigarettes.  The flushing (all but forhead), and night sweats I thought was mentapause, but it turns out I'm not pre mentapausal at all.  Thyroid and sugar were normal.  Sugar ha ha 1 point above but that is nothing at all.  I hunt, fish, and can my own veggies and pretty much eat healthy.  What bothers me is I can't do the things I want to without these crushing pains and getting out of breath.  I quit drinking cause I have zero tollerance now.  I have an old victorian house which is getting harder to take care of house and yard without no energy.  I'm too young for that!  The pains are massive at times but I think these may be due to the lipitor.  In three weeks I'll talk to her about it again or just lay off them on my own maybe for a month.  I should also have all the results by then that I can ask any questions I need to including; what results I need, ex lyme ??? or referals.  Tying to do my homework because I don't think doctors have the time they need for each and every person.  Yet I know it's all too real I still in my heart don't believe it's because of heart issues.  Maybe something totaly different that effects your heart?

Enough about me, as for Chris; Do they know what the cardiac issues are yet?  What is causing them?  Can there be anything done?  I feel so very very bad for him and it has to be extreamly hard on you and your family.  I can deal with not feeling good, but when my 4 legged kids are sick it hard.  I can't imagine how hard this could be on you.   You sound like a good mom and person.  Well before I write a book I should go.  Keep me in touch and let me know how your dear child is doing and yourself, and may God bless you all.  Sincerely;  Amy

No problems trying to help out.
When you get your records and then if you go to another doctor, have them make copies of your compt.I always make sure I have copies on me. for example when Chris went to see a new pppulmonologist (the one he was used to seeing move to Tenn to help his elderly parents) so I brought all of his medical records with me (I am not kidding whne I say his records are about 5 iinches thibk for a 4 year old) well I am glad I did his cardiologist NEVER sent his records up there and he is the one that reffered him htere. all he told this office is that his breathing is bad and he needs to be more stable with his asthma. they did send his brohncoscopy (however you spell it ) up there and that was it. (these clinics are in a hospital but the new doctor is 2 hours away.) So when I brought Chris' records with me I told him that my gut feeling is that his asthma is under control for the simple fact that it sounds like he is wheezing, but it is coming from his throat and I have stopped his asthma meds befroe for 6 months and started back on them and there was no change. I told him I felt it was cardiac that was the issue. I should this new doctr his cardiac reports and he agreed with the other pulmonologist that most if his issues are cardiac. and his needs to go to an ENT for his throat issues.
Yes he has been tested for alergies and they came back negative.

Habe you had any blood work recently? I was re reading your post and wonder it they had done a TSH level on you (thyroid check)
I did get your e-mail, Thank you and I will be in touch
Michelle.

Michelle,
Thank you for responding.
Well I "finally" asked and signed for my medical records.  They said they should be ready in about 3 weeks for me to pick up but, I will have them then.  I told them I just wanted to have them to look at myself.  At least maybe with my white lie it won't offend or upset them there at the clinic.
I do like them and they mean well, but too many times I've had to ask about stuff that I knew the cardiologist said he would have in the finished report that she only tells me when I ask about them then, and reply's "well what did HE say".  That sorta bothers me because I want her answer.  One minute it's a heart issue and the next it's maybe the flu or my nerves. It is frustrating.

Concerning Chris, your precious little boy , I hope and pray he gets whatever answers and/or help he needs.  Does he have allergies?  A friend of mine had a little girl that had "what they thought was really bad asthma" and it turned out to be allergies.  Now she no longer has to carry an inhaler.  I don't really know or "understand" his situation truelly; nevertheless, I will pray for him and you and your family.  Thanks again for being SO kind to answer me.  I was beginning to think nobody could read my post on here but me.  Thanks again and best wishes for your son.

You need to get some answers is it worth going through allof this just so you don't get the doctor upset? NO! I would first ask if you need one, which in most cases you do, ask for a referral to a neurologist. it sounds like something is effecting your nerves somewhere. (no i am not saying it is emotional sounds like something it hurting your nerve somewehere) tell her just to ease your mind you would like to go.she shouldn't mind or get upset, if she really cared she would have no problems.
About upsetting her, when it comes to your body or someone you care about you have to think about you or them and do what is best.
I have been fighting for close to three years now for my son's cardiologist to listen to me that something isn't right with his heart. he is blaming asthma on it. I was afraid to tell him that I have been speaking to the GREAT DOCTORS HERE, and that he needs to do something. well I finally did and now we will see. I think I will  actually ahve to make a 10 hour trip to Cleveland for the sake of my 4 year old. will I be worried about what his primary cardiolgist thinks no it is not my fault he isn't listening to me, the primary doctr or Chris' nurse.
DO IT FOR YOURSELF you owe it to you to get some other advice.
good luck
Michelle
