Well they are not both mild, one is trace, i.e. in the mitral. Trace is basically trivial and can be ignored. I know it is worrying when you hear such things, but to put your mind at ease you could ask your Doctor to organise a repeat echo in one years time, to ensure the TR valve leak is not progressive. Keeping your blood pressure normal is a good thing.
Mild MR and Mild TR , essentially normal findings,
Should not be associated with a murmur, and are no cause for concern
MR: Mitral valve regurgitation and TR: Tricuspid valve regurgitation. These two terms are also known to create something known as a "Murmur." This occurs when the valves of the heart are unable to close all of the way and blood moves through the opening of the valve. It typically is a non-issue unless symptoms, such as fatigue or shortness of breath, interfere with daily activity.
Follow up with your physician and cardiologist regularly to maintain your cardiac health.
Take care.

Mitral regurgitation and Tricuspide regurgitation, your heart valves do not close completely. After 60, many of us have this, normally it is not a big problem.
