Mvp with regurg and 2 other leaky valves
Is it possible for mvp and regurg in that valve and 2 others and also some calcification to improve on their own?Also what can I do to keep them from getting worsse? And is exersise like cardio and weight training bad for what i have? thank you very much,,BTW I am a 52 year old woman, in other wise good health with exception of asthma
Almost always heart valve non-compliance does not improve on their own as it is a structual defect. There isn't any medication for structual defects, but calcification can be controled with proper diet, exercise, etc.
