Heart Problem After Root Canal?

I have been experiancing tachycardia and palpitation for years for unknown reason (doctors still couldnt find it but it's not psychologycal problem) and on beta-blocker.

I just got root cannal treatment for 1 teeth last week for the 1 day. The doctor killed the nerve(thats what they told me) temporary filled it and sent me home.
Yesterday i went back there and the doctor said they clean up my root cannal and pull out the nerve, filled it and sent me home. I am not sure what exactly they did during the process since i couldn't really see.
They told me to come back next week.

But since yesterday after i went home from the doctor untill now my heart problem feels getting worse. I wonder if where is the problem because i have never gotten worse like this before for no reason. And before that i was constantly in the same condition as weeks and months ago.
I wonder if there is some side effect from it, maybe the drug (during the process or maybe the filling) or something else. (i dont take any drug for the root canal, not susch as pain killer)

Has anyone also experianced it or knows information about it?

Your help means a lot to me.

Yes, you can but I guess you do not want to.

1) This component comes standard in the dentist anesthetics. It is not added by him.
2) They are not used to utilized an anesthetic that is not of that type, so they will not know the right doses. BTW, even if they ask an anesthesiologist they use different units so chances are that they do not understand each other.
3) Did you ever wonder, how the dentist know that the area it is already insensible for him to start to work? He should consider, your vein system, your weight .... NOT at all, they know it precisely because the vase constrictor makes the area to became white when it is properly infiltrated and the veins have closed.

Hello and thank you for answering.
Well i called the doctor and they said they didnt give me anesthetic. Although i don't know exactly.
But even if they gave me, wouldnt it be last more than 1 day? But its been 3 days now and i still feel worse from before the second appointment on root canal. I don't know what to do and where's the problem :(

thanks so much for that information, extremely interesting. I had no idea it made the area turn white. Every Dentist I've ever been to has always asked "does it feel numb yet". I think through fear, nearly everyone says "NO" lol. However they've always responded with "oh I think it is, let's try". So now I know how they know :)  I can in future respond with "well, has it turned white yet" lol.

Can you ask the dentist not to have this component in the anaesthetic?

The anesthetic that dentist use has a vase constrictor substance to reduce bleeding.

This can give you problems, even angina (chest pain). If you do not feel well go to dr. or ER.
