Heart palpatations for 4 days straight and no anxiety.

I have had heart flutters, palps, and floppy heart for 4 days straight. It is pretty constant all day long. Lying down makes it worse. i have no pain and my resting heart rate is 64. Went to a clinic and ekg fine but he said there was a pause while he listened but said it was fine. I am taking magnesium to try to help. I dont suffer from anxiety and I am in great health and shape. How do I stop this and how and why did it start.

I have no history of any heart problems. It just started out of nowhere. I was cleaning a rental house we own with major cleaning products and it started 2 hrs after. I thought maybe it was the cleaning products(bleach, oven cleaner), but why would my heart continue for days to do this. I drink one coffee a day. My blood pressure was perfect. I want to know why it wont go back to normal.

I sympathize with you....I've been going through something similar but at a constant 125-130 bpm.  It's frustrating.  Do you have a history of this?  How's your BP?  Something has triggered this.....could be many things.  MSG, caffeine, alcohol, iodine in seafood, ephedrine or pseudoephedrine in cold and allergy meds, dehydration + many more. Did your Dr. say to come back if it continued?
