I get PAC and have never found out the reason,I don't drink caffeine , I don't drink, smoke , when I am under stress I don't get them

They just come when they want to,  now when they do they last all day and I have them every 8 heart beat some times,

Than they go away for weeks months , so who knows why they come , I just wish they would go and never come again

I get palps occasionally, but they are least of my heart problems, so I ignore them.  I drink one cup of coffee a day, but it is really strong, I'm surprised the spoon doesn't dissolve when I mix in the sugar substitute.  As skydnsr suggests, it could be coffee, almost everyone gets palps and they have a lot of triggers.

I also have palpitations, but I have no idea what triggers them. Sometimes I don't have any for weeks and then they show up again. There is, at least in my case, no correlation between those and coffee consumption because I always drink the same amount every day - about six cups. The only thing I have found so far that might cause them is Benadryl.

It could be.  The way to run the experiment is to quit coffee again, see if the palpitations stop, then start coffee again, and see if the palpitations start up again.
