Thanks for the info I just can't imagine taking daily shots I have been doing 1000MCG/mi for once a month for 15 years and when I have blood work done my levels are ok. I just don't know but I am going to talk to my Doctor about it.
thanks again,

I have autoimmune pernicious anaemia and take sublingual B12 spray daily.  I've been on B12 sublingual spray for 3 years with excellent results.  I have had to up to dosage twice. Started my maintenance dose at 1000mcg, then need to up it to 1500mcg and now i'm currently on 2000mcg daily.

On the odd ocassion i've run out of sublingual B12. The first time i did this i started to show up with symptoms, in particular unpleasant body odor and fatigue, in around 2 weeks. Now i can only go 5 days without my B12 before these symptoms start showing up. I'd say you need more B12 more often.
