How to increase LVEF

Hi,
I am 32 yr old, Last Year i had been severe heart attack (Acute MI), Dr. are telling again it might be come, that time LVEF was 35-40%, just one month before i have done 2dEcho, still it shows 35-40%. No changes. can anyone please help how to increase LVEF, i am scaring about my life. please suggest.

Medication and Walking and Yoga Helped you lot .as per ur age  you able to overcome this problem. a i was also diagonsed with DCM  my LVEF was only 15-20 % but as medication, diat, exercise it goes to 65 % normal within the 13 month  my age is 38 . Be Possitive. And Think Possitive averything is possible and dont think negative 100 % iyou will get result.

Improvements in EF are sometimes possible, depending on the cause of the lowered EF.
If it is caused exclusively because scar tissue has formed as result from the MI, improvement will be difficult.

In general:
There are medications to improve EF.
Exercise can help strengthen your heart and improve how well it pumps blood to the rest of the body. You could talk to your doctor about an exercise program that is right for you.
