Enlarged LV

Hello, is anyone familiar as to how enlarged a LV with a measurement from echo of 6.94 cm ? I am able to find what would be considered normal range, but I cannot find any reference as to how high this would be considered. I am concerned that this would be considered dangerously high. I have been on coreg and accupril for going on 5 months now, and was hoping that my heart would have begun to reshape itself somewhat by now. My particular concern, among many, is the abnormal arrythmias which I believe this LV enlargement is causing. Shouldn't there be some improvement by now? Any insight would be appreciated. Thanks, Steve
