I think I might have Parkinson's Disease, any help?

I've had many Parkinson's Disease symptoms lately such as tremors, loss of concentration, light-headedness, feeling unbalanced when I'm standing up, and slowed movements. I'm barely turning into a teen soon and am scared to tell my parents. I don't know for sure if I do have Parkinson's because I haven't gone to the doctor about it or talked about it with my family. I would really appreciate any advice and help with this matter. Thank you.
