Im 24

I am a  24 year old male, but when I lay down I have difficulty breathing.  My back is all out of wack because i have one leg longer than the other.  When my girlfriend tickles my my back I can breathe much better.  Lately I've been sleeping with a pillow wedged under my neck to breathe better.  I also take medication for panic disorder (clonazepam).  It's a scary thought to think that I may have something wrong with my heart at such a young age.  Does anyone with heart disease experience relief from back massages....also, it could be my anxiety that causes all of this; I don't know.  Any feedback would be helpful.  Thanks.

If your chest muscles are in spasm the tickling could be helping them relax or it could be due to an indegestion type phenomenon. But you should get it checked out.

Good luck.
