Normal resting HR low to mid 50s. BMI 26, osteoporosis and low Vit D are only med issues. I wake from sleep 4-6 times a night, for minor reasons, sometimes I return to sleep easily, often it takes an hour or more. I am avoiding caffeine, blue light and strenuous late night activities. Tried the usual sleep hygiene therapies, everything helps "a bit", (including a 3000$ bed!) but nothing helps alot. Thoughts? Suggestions?
