Looking for Nutriotional Guidance

When  I was at the Dr. today he said I am eating too many carrots which is causing my skin to turn a little orange.  I am looking for a suggestion on vegetables that are low in Vitamin K (on Coumadin) and  won't turn me orange.Any suggestions.

I just did a google search for "vegetables low in vitamin K" and there are sites that provide diet information like this for folks on coumadin. Perhaps those would be helpful.
