Hello and hope you are doing well.
The goals to be achieved in lipid profile control are:
Total cholesterol - < 200mg/dl
Triglycerides - 35mg/dl
LDL - < 100mg/dl
The other risk factors for coronary artery disease are diabetes, hypertension, cigarette smoking, obesity and a familial tendency to the disease.
Dietary suggestions:
Reduce the total fat content of you diet to <30% of calories. Of which of saturated fat<10% of calories, polyunsaturated fat <10% of calories and mono unsaturated fat <10% of calories. Increased dietary intake of fiber rich foods like oat bran will help. Diet should be rich in antioxidant vitamins found primarily in fruits and vegetables. Reduce energy intake to achieve ideal body weight. Avoid alcohol consumption.
Exercise regularly, it is multi beneficial in that besides helping to lose weight and reduce cholesterol levels, it reduces stress and helps improve blood supply to the heart.

Hello and hope you are doing well.
Please don't worry. Your lipid profile values have improved. If with movement you are getting pain, its is not because of angina or cardiac pain. So, consult an orthopedician for the pain. Follow good lifestyle measures. Try yoga and meditation they have calming effects. And go for long stress free walks.

Hello and hope you are doing well.
Irregular heartbeat could indicate rhythm abnormalities. This can be detected by an EKG and if needed holter monitoring. Please check with your doctor.
