cant stand or walk without chest pains, shortness of breath and feeling as though I'm going to pass out

I am a 28 year old female standing 5'9" weighing 158 lbs, I am also A Military Police officer in the Navy Reserves. I have been trying to prepare myself for the upcoming PT test we have next month and yesterday around 1:45 p.m when i got on the treadmill to make my 30 min run, only 15 minutes in I began to feel faint so I got off. Within the next couple minutes I began to have SHARP chest pains, pain in my back, numbness in my arm, shortness of breath and feeling like I was going to pass out. This feeling went on for hours until it I finally fell asleep around 9:30 p.m. The next morning I woke up feeling fine until I stood up out of the bed then I began getting the shortness of breath again, chest pains, back pains, numbness in the arm  and feeling like i was going to pass out, but this time i could feel a little pressure on my chest. I'm really getting scared I am WAY to young to die I have two boys and a husband. Can someone please tell me what could be wrong? is it anxiety?

I was also diagnosed with a "click murmur" which is a Mitral Valve Prolapse when i was a little girl but have never had any problems with it. Had a Echocardiogram last year which showed everything was ok

Esophageal cancer! My word - how did that come up? Have you had years of terrible acid reflux? Many people experience Barrett's first, a pre-cancerous condition. I certainly hope that's not it.

I can go in and get an EKG and it would look great. But when my heart is acting up, they'll see all kinds of arrhythmias going on. They just have to have the sticky dots on while it's happening or they'll think my heart is just dandy. I've had a murmur all my life and various rhythm problems. I ended up having 3 catheter ablations attempting to correct the rhythm but my heart still goes a bit wonky. A valve problem can trigger a rhythm problem. I hope they figure this out for the sake of your health and peace of mind.

partial update: Seen doc today EKG was normal, had a little vertigo due to inflamed ear drums, but he wants to refer me to a cardiologist to make sure nothing with my murmur has gone wrong, Going back in for blood work tommorrow to check cholesterol, thyroid, sugar among other things then if that is ok he wants to check me for esophagal cancer because of the burning in the back of my throat, wish me luck!

If you know you have a bit of a problem with a valve, please don't dismiss this as anxiety. Is there any way you can have a treadmill stress test done? I don't know what's going on in there but it's severe enough that it should be checked. Better to skip or fail the PT test for now than ignore a problem and have something more serious happen next year. I agree, you are too young to die so please check in with your doctor.

And thank you for serving our country. My Dad was Navy for 28 years, I worked for the Navy back in DC and my husband was Navy for 6 and reserve for 4.
