RBBB at age 24

I have been experiencing chest pains and other symptoms for almost a year now. I haven't had insurance until now so I finally went to the Dr.  My main complaint was that I have been suffering from e.d. chest pains and at one point I had a cold numbing sensation on my left cheek but the last one only happened once and went away after 15 minutes. The Dr orders labs and an ekg as well as xray.  The blood work came back fine but the Dr said I had a definatel rbbb.  They have referred me to a cardiologist and I am waiting to see them in 2 days. I know what rbbb is but my biggest question is what could be causing this in me? I'm only 24. I know its common but not very common in my age group. And would rbbb be effecting my ability to get an erection?

You, obviously, have to investigate this further to find the cause, however, right bundle branch block can also occur in normal, healthy individuals, so an examination may reveal no cause.

I think that's the worst part is that they have found something but it could be absolutely nothing or something important. I'm stuck waiting that much longer.
