Coronary disease URGENT suggestion!!!!

My Uncle is 53, Diabetic, Gall bladder dissected out. Recently hospitalized, for pain in whole left-hand arm. His angiogram is as follows:

LMCA - Normal
LAD- Type III Artery, 90% lesion in Mid segment, Distal Artery had 60 Stenosis
DIAGONAL- Normal
RAMUS- Moderate size artery, Mild Plaque
LCX- Dominant, Normal
OMs- Nornal
RCA- Non-dominat, Normal
CATH DIAGNOSIS- CAD, Single Vessel disease, LAD 90% MID and 60% Distal Disease
CATH ADVICE- PRTCA AND STENTING TO MID AND POBA TO DISTAL LAD

Please advice to go for Angioplasty or is there any other(less expensive) way out. Which yields best result.

They should really have stented that blockage during the procedure which would have broken the cost down. Why discover a 90% blockage and leave the patient? it's totally beyond me.

Seems like a solid advice to me. 90% lesion has to be treated as this is the probable cause of his pain. The preferred and cheapest way to treat the lesion is with a stent.
The distal artery with 60% blockage is possibly not in need for immediate treatment, but while going for the 90% lesion treatment, could be opened up in same interventional procedure.
