VSD is a ventricular septal (wall separating chambers) defect and it is a hole in the wall of the heart between left and right chambers that would be the PFO and is normal during pregnancy.  It will close or should normally close after pregnancy.  I don't see anything in the report to cause worry, but there are normal changes during pregnancy and a pediatric evaluation may require a specialist for answers.

Thanks for your question.  Take care.
