thank you so much.  Another question - my husband has recently been diagnosed with hemochromatosis - boy are we getting the run around!  he's been for six phlembotomies, has cut back on red meat, quit taking vitamin C, is already fit for his 57 years and is keeping that up, and is making an attempt at cutting back on the alchohol.  He's just been back to the doctor who has told him not to take milk thistle but didn't say why.  And I guess he also has some issues with cholesteral so the doc wants him to take Lipitor which we thought was hard on the liver.  I guess his "numbers" for his iron are not high?  So a big deal was made of this at first and now he tells him he can eat what he wants but not to take vit c or milk thistle, and to get on the Lipitor.  getting a little confused.............

Sounds like a muscle spasm.  I don't think it is anything cardiac. If it becomes worrisome see your doctor. Take care, Ally

sorry - pushed send before i meant to!  It's when I'm in bed and turn to lay on my side - it feels like I've pulled a muscle.  then it hurts for a couple of days then finally fades.  I just don't get how I pull a muscle to the point where it hurts like that just from turning over!

Can you give us a little more to go on?  Is this associated with any other symptoms?
