Pain in center of chest, fullness

I am 32 yrs old & facing chest pain & fullness problem from last year. I feel like lot of pressure is put on the chest. Even if I climb 10 steps I start breathing fast. If I pick up bags or some things with more weight I face breathing problem & sometimes pain in chest.
Even if I am empty stomach & just have water belching starts.
I have become more sensitive to low or high temperature i.e. in AC(with normal temprature) I shiver.
Some times my hands & legs become dumb or get tingling sensation.
Please suggest.

Thanks for reply.
I was never having acidity problem but from last year it is started. Cold milk & fruits like papayya help me.
About chest pain, I feel pressure at the center of chest. The pain doesn't reside for 30 min. It is just for 1 or 2 min. but many times in a day. While climbing or lifting any weight or sometimes during sitting.. I also get pain at back side but it is at left side. During that 1 minute period, with every breath pain increases. Afterwards everything becomes normal.

It could be a sign of stomach problems. Do you take an acid reducer?  Does milk make it worse?  Have you noticed if eating certain foods makes it worse? If pain in the center of the chest lasts 30 minutes or longer, it could be a heart attack.  How long is the pain lasting and how severe is it?  When arteries spasm it can be felt in the chest and sometimes the back.  Do you ever get pain in your back or a vibrating feeling in your back?  Start first with a chiropractor to see if you have any misaligned bones.  This could be causing all of your symptoms.
