I have been searching symptoms for heart disease because I have been feeling weird. i went to a cardiologist and they said in my ultrasound everything looks good. they diagnosed me with heart palpitations. but lately i have been feeling light headed and dizzy at random times, tiered all the time, irregular hear beats, pressure in my upper chest, shortness of breath when i walk for a while, nausea, and i feel "shaky" in both arms but mostly in my left.. can anyone give me advice?

I would have to ask you your age, lifestyle, health risks and things of that nature first. Have you seen a cardio doctor? Do you have any other health problems? Those symptoms could be cardiac and then maybe not.  There is much more that needs to be addressed. SVTs and other arrhythmias can cause you to become lightheaded and dizzy.  Have the doctors examined you for any form of arrhythmias? Have you been tested for diabetes or had your thyroid tested?  There needs to be so much more evaluated before assuming it is one thing or the other.  It takes time and patience.  Work with your doctor until they can find the reason for those symptoms.  Take care, Ally

Hi there, I had most of the same symptoms only I am pregnant and I have super bad panic and anxiety.  I too went to the cardiologist and had a echo and holter and everything checked out normal except I did have an elevated HR from time to time but they said that could possibly be from pregnancy and the fact that I was going through some major panic and anxiety issues.  I would speak with your doctor about your concerns and see if there might be some additional tests or maybe it could be anxiety.  I know that when I was experiencing my symptoms I was on the computer all day long looking for what it might be and that only made it worse, I guess cause I have anxiety to begin with. Well best of luck and keep us posted. =)
