my dad had an angiogram last tuesday. He developed a lump about 2 days ago (one week after the procedure), with a little bit of pain. This morning, he was doing some household cleaning and began bleeding from the incision, about 10 drops all together. After the bleeding stopped he noticed that the lump grew to the diameter of a quarter, but does not rise above the skin very much. He said the pain was very minor and now he is feeling no pain at all. Has anyone developed or heard of these kind of side effects? I read up on lumps being normal after angiograms, but I'm wondering if this is different. I'm doing everything I can possibly do to get him to go to the doctor tomorrow, but because its Thanksgiving, it'll more than likely have to be to an ER. He has his check up with his cardiologist in 4 days, but I personally don't feel comfortable waiting that long
