Please help me

I am healthy 20 year old female. I am not allergic to any medicine o anything else. I am a vegetarian but eat well. I am not overweight; I am about 5ft 3 and weight 8 1/2  9 stone. But for months now I have not felt right. I had a very bad virus about June July time and a small case of swine flu around august. Since have felt tired little nauseous. But the past few weeks I have had attacks where I can’t breathe, and it sometime feel like my heart is going to jump out of my chest. I am constantly tired sick and feel weak and thirsty. I have pains in my chest stomach and back. The pains in my back sometimes feel very sharp and make it feel numb. This is followed by my legs going wobbly and I find it hard to walk. I have been to my local hospital and they were no help. I have been to my GP and have been given what I think was called a cardiac monitor, which I gave back this week. But I am so scared, I am just getting worse and things are taking so long to get answers. I’m struggling at work and need for this to be sorted. Is it anything to worry about or am I over reacting.

As a vegetarian you will be low in vitamin b12 so I recommend a good quality muti b vitamin.

If I were you I would consider a liver flush and a colon cleanse. All illness is from the colon or a lack of minerals. Sounds to me like you also need quality probiotics and need to rev up your immune system. Also minerals would help. Maybe you have had antibiotics in the past not realizing how dangerous they are and the long term effects that they produce. Only take antibiotics if it is a life or death reason. What I am suggesting may not make sense to you now but try it and see if I am right on this because the body needs to be treated as a whole and not just in parts. Good luck Kate.

Sounds like you are going to be pretty run down. I hope the Doctor has run a lot of tests for Liver/Kidney function? What about your potassium levels etc?
