A bit of a vague report, but a follow up with the cardiologist to discuss the results should make things clearer. If you have no follow up, it might be an idea to make one. The Left anterior descending "shows plaquing" is not very detailed is it. To what extent is it plaquing. There is a blockage of 70-80% in the diagonal one, which comes off the LAD. I have no idea what your fathers symptoms are, but perhaps they will just control this with medication, but seeing as he is quite young perhaps they will recommend stenting if possible. The LVEF is fine, but it all depends on his symptoms.
Have they checked his blood pressure to ensure it is kept normal? Have they checked his cholesterol to make sure it's within normal limits? have they recommended any lifestyle changes at all?
