Possible Pregnancy

I am 30 years old with 3 beautiful children.  I was born with a bicuspid valve aorta, i have moderate to severe aortic regurgitation, mild mital valve prolapse, and a 4.0cm aortic root dilitation.  I would like an honest opion on a possible 4th pregnancy.  My largest concern is a dissection.  Would someone please offer advise?  I would greatly appreciate it.

With the planet already over its carrying capacity, it is not responsible to have more than 2 children per couple.

I'm no expert, but I also have a biscuspid valve and mild to moderate regurgitation.  But my aortic root is 4.9cm which is close to the 5.0cm at which they usually replace the root.  They would do both the valve and the root in open heart surgery but at your age they may use a metal valve which would require warfarin for life.  You may wish to watch for answers to my question for doctors.
