Pulmonary hypertension is a concern and your measurement is borderline high. It is difficult to comment on the finding of pulmonary hypertension and you have a history of asthma and that may have a bearing on the measurement results. A cath exam for pulmonary pressure is more accurate...a higher than normal pressure can be the result ofpulmonary artery thrombosis and/or pulmonary emboli, and valve stenosis should be ruled out.
