Hello,
This is my first time on this site! I am 30 years old, consider myself in good shape, and workout regularly. For the last two years I have had a strange feeling, which I can only describe as possible palpitations. It was the worst when I had originally felt and noticed it. The feeling comes and goes, where I didn't feel it for months and when it comes back it can happen 100 times in an hour. I feel like it is an impulse that starts in my chest and ends in my throat where it is the most noticeable. There is no pain or dizziness associated with this feeling. The strangest thing I notice if I'm doing a cardio workout it never happens, I do notice it more regularly at rest and lying down. The feeling does wake me up a night, and many times the same time every night. I don't feel like anything is causing me to much stress except the feeling itself. I have been to the doctor, and have had an ECG where everything was normal, but at the same time when going to the doctor and being tested it never occurred once. My blood pressure is good, my resting heart rate sits around 60 bpm. I would love feedback of any kind. Thank you for listening!
