Symptoms coming back

I am 41 years old and had a double bypass back in SEPT because the stents (5) in my LAD kept blocking up.  I was doing fantastic, and was feeling better than I'd felt in over 3 years once I had gotten over the surgery.  However, now I'm starting to feel some of the old symptoms come back.  I in general don't feel well, my chest has pressure again in the center, I at times have numbness in my left arm, and I have pain in my left shoulder blade.  I also get very winded going up stairs, even though I've been walking 35-40 minutes and running for 5 minutes for the past few weeks.  Just can't seem to get over the hump for the long term.  Hoping this is just in my head, but wanted to see if it was normal to have setbacks every now and then?  Thanks for any ideas.

I had an echo done quite recently, and all looked great.  My meds have been working very well on the cholesterol, and I do watch what I eat.  Hopefully, all is well.  Thanks for the advice!

Have you had an echocardiogram lately to check how your heart valves are doing and sounding?  You should get some tests done to make sure that your arteries are not plugging up again and that your valves are okay.  Arteries can plug up fast.  They can be good and then 3 years later plugged again.  Have your doctor check your medication to make sure you are on the best for reducing cholesterol.  Watch what you eat.  No processed meats.  Cook using fresh vegetables and eat plenty of fruit.
