There are many heart conditions associated with T wave inversion.Left bundle branch block can cause and inverted T waves in leads I, L, and V5-V6.
LBBB In this condition, activation of the left ventricle is delayed, which results in the left ventricle contracting later than the right ventricle. Usually the lower heart chambers contract at the same time, and if the right side contracts a micro second faster does not usually have any medical significance...also, other segments of the EKG should be abnormal for a more decisive evaluation, and there needs to be other clinical evidence to verify.
Hope this helps, and if you have any further questions or comments you are welcome to respond. Thanks for sharing, take care,
Ken.
