Unusal Chest Discomfort

hi there:

I am 30 year old male with relatively sedentary life. I have been experiencing shortness of bredth ( chocking feeling) whevever I go for brisk walks. It's accompanied with lightheadedness, tightness in the chest and rapid heart rate. Some time I get the sympoms at rest as well. Also, I feel very tired most of the day. My weight is 170 pounds, blood pressure is normal (I take Hyzaar) and cholestorel levels within normal range. I have had EKG, Stress Test, and Echo done and all came out OK. The EKG shows early repolarization. I have been experiencing the sympoms often now and I am worried if I have CAD, but my doc seems not be too worried about it.  Also, one of my uncles died young because of heart attack.

Any suggestions woould help.

Russell
