Very confused and concerned

Hello everyone im a 23 year old male, heart diseases runs in my family my grandfathers dad died at the age of 25 from massive heart attack! My grandfather also died from from it, my dad doesn't have it so im betting I'll get it. Recently i've been having a heavy pain in upper left back and shoulder. when I take a long car ride which I do usually everyday for work I feel tingly arms and chest and feel like im going to faint. I dont have rapid breathing nor can I feel rapid heartbeat, actually I can barely feel heartbeat at all. Is it anxiety? Or do I really have a heart issue. Im taking a long trip to work on a oil rig about 5 hours from home sunday so i'm really hoping I can find out before then. Thank you all  in advanced

Long car ride, tingling arms and chest. . . well, it might be a nerve problem. Maybe some pressure in your neck/spinal cord. Many people experience things like that but it's not heart related.

The only way you can tell if your heart is acting up is to see the doctor. They can run a few basic tests like ECG and do an echo to make sure your heart is in good shape structurally speaking (normal size, good valves, etc.). Considering your family history it might be a good idea to do that anyway
