What does LAD stand for?
I have a friend that just had stints put in due to 80% blockage of the LAD and cicumtec - at least that was his explanation. What exactly is the LAD and cicumtec?
LAD =left anterior descending, left axis deviation or leukocyte adhesion deficiency, so I think he got the abbreviation not quite right.
Likely to do with left atrium. Cicumtec is not in Taber's medical dictionary here- like a mis-spelling of something else?
