What is going on with my heart?

I am a 29 yr old female, 5'11", 230lbs. I take Zantac 150 for heartburn. I was recently informed I have scoliosis. I frequently wake up in the middle of the night. I have fairly regular small muscle spasms all over my body. Otherwise, I'm pretty normal, no other health issues.

For the past 2 weeks I have been having this deep feeling soreness beneath my left pectoral muscle. It's not a muscle ache as the pain doesn't go away when I flex that muscle. I've also been having a fluttering/spasming feeling in the same area for the same amount of time.

I recently had an echocardiogram done (well insisted it be done) due to a long history of sporadic chest pains. The results of that showed mild MR, mild TR, and thickened mitral valve leaflets.

Due to a family history of people dying very young of heart issues (grandmother 37, greatgrandmother 41, uncle 43), I am concerned that my heart is trying to give me warning signs.

Should I be concerned or am I overreacting?

Mild MR and mild TR is considered medically insignificant.  What an echo can determine as well as valve functionality is to measure heart chambers and heart wall dimensions.  If there is no problem with an oversized heart, the ejection fraction (EF) is within the normal, no symptoms such shortness of breath, chest pain with exertion and it goes away with rest, etc.  you may be overly concerned.
