a cure for atrial fibrillation?

I have undergone an unsuccessful cardioversion and for the past 2 years I have been prescribed atenolol, flecainide and now digoxin to help control my af. None of these drugs seem to have an effect on my af.
Can you please advise me if there ios a cure for af?

Did you take Tikosyn?  What were side effects, etc.

I too have atrial fibrillation and about 3 month ago my doctor did a procedure called an
AV node ablation, which did help. I was able to go off some of my meds like digoxin and Tykoson, all drugs that deal with AF.Ask your Doctor about this procedure. It is fairly new
