Atenolol and losartan may have been prescribed for hypertension. I'm not familiar with natrilix.
Nobody can make exercise recommendations for you except your doctor. Generally, someone with an enlarged aorta can still walk around, but very vigorous exercise is not good. It really depends on the size of your aorta and other factors. Talk to you doctor.
Losartan is a good drug for you to be on. Losartan belongs to a family of drugs called ARBs. ARB drugs have been shown to shrink aortic enlargement if taken in high enough doses. Do some Google research about losartan and aorta and talk to your doctor. Make sure your doctor is knowledgeable and will listen to you.
