You shouldn't life any weight that causes you to strain, not just between now and this next doctor's visit, but from now on. Training to increase your maximum lift is inadvisable, due to the weakened nature of the aortic tissue. Lifting lower weights at high reps is okay, as long as the weight isn't heavy enough to make you strain. Aerobic exercise is generally okay, as well. Consultation with an expert in aortic medicine is highly advisable. Good luck.
