blood clot

yes i was wondering if the venous dopplar ultrasound is negative 3 times in january june and july do you think it could still be a clot

The ultrasound (dopplar) is able to visualize blood flow in realtime, and if there is diminished blood flow in the area of interest it would indicate a blockage.  The probability is unlikely there can be a lesion if the tests are negative.

do u think with it being negative it still could be clot

Some clots can be desolved by the system if not too large, etc.
