lol no problem. Just to note though that I don't think all EFs can be used for anything during MR. The heart adapts to keep this number higher, until heart failure results and then there is a drop off.

What I make of this very limited info you provide:
Mr II = moderate regurgitation of mitral valve
Ar I = mild regurgitation of aortic valve
both are normally monitored with 1x/year echo doppler to see if regurgitation increases.
Ejection fraction of 60% is just fine
What kind of injection do you get?

Dilated Left atrium is something that could be a result from the MR, but does not need to be.
You do not describe how severe the dilation is and if is has become dilated over a short period of time.

If the dilation is only mild, I think the 1x/year monitoring with an echo would suffice.

They are trying to keep the work load of your heart lower by using medication but it looks as though you will eventually require valve replacement.
