I also have rbbb that only showed for cardiologist not electro guy today this makes me worried also. Thanks
I can sympathise with your fears, I had chest pains for a year before a heart attack and it was always diagnosed as a stomach problem. I can share some things with you that happened to me and may help you to make a diagnosis of your own.
If you have heart disease, it is possible to suffer chest discomfort after eating because the heart has to work harder, getting more blood to your digestive system. However, there are obviously other ways to make your heart work harder. If I walked fast up a steep hill on an empty stomach, I had the same pains because my heart was working harder. Once the pains started, I stood still and they vanished within 30 seconds to 2 mins. This is stable angina because you can accurately predict when the discomfort will start and can control its severity. Cold air also affected me badly. So, you could try walking fast up a steep hill and see if the discomforts occur (empty stomach though). If you get discomforts, stand still and don't try to push through them. See how long they take to settle down. Every single time I've had angina, I've found this to be the most accurate test. Given your age, you are at very low risk, but it is not an impossibility for CAD at 24. You will obviously breathe harder walking fast up a steep hill, and don't confuse this with shortness of breath, they are totally different. With shortness of breath it feels like you are suffocating basically, no matter how fast you breathe and you have to stand still or sit until your heart slows down, which should be very quick.
