sinus tachycardia

I wake at night sometimes with a rapid heart beat up to 130 .this subsides after about 20 minutes.
I also have a sharp pearsing pain in my left chest occasionally. My cardiologist has done many tests and does not
find any heart disease. I have hypertension and take norvasc, hctz, lipitor ,aspirin.potassium.
my anxiety level is high at night due to waking with this rapid heartbeat.
can you help with a diagnosis ? and do I need treatment?
thank you

You may have to adjust or change your medication.  Norvasc has a side effect for arryhthmia (rapid heartbeat).  Fast or uneven heartbeat is a side effect for hctz.
