Hi Ed, thanks for response.

Actually I do not do any exercise, except walking 1-2 km a day.
Now since last 2 days I am trying to walk for 3-4 kms a day atleast as per doctor's advice.
My current problem is high heart rate and chest pain, which cardio doctors are unable to explain. I was not having good diet, but now I am trying to improve a little, taking fruits, salads and making my schedule regular.
But, I want to get rid of high heart rate, because it scars me at times, specially in night and doesn't allow me to sleep in late night.
In above info, I mean for blood serum cholestorm that my good cholestrol is low (its 33, from reference guide below 40 is considered to be low)
Right now I am taking medicine to reduce BP and some other to reduce cholesterol and blood thinner.
Any other suggestion (medicine, routine, diet) to improve it?

firstly your blood pressure looks pretty good. You are not overweight, that's for sure but
there is always a possibility of being unfit. Do you exercise very much?
My wife was normal weight and yet hardly exercised. After my Heart attacks and
rehab, we started walking every day together and she was worse than me. She would
feel short of breath and a tightness of the chest but there is nothing wrong with her heart,
she was totally unfit. Over a period of weeks, everything improved dramatically.
