clear cardiac workup

I had a full cardiac workup with two stress tests that were fine and had a cardiologist tell me that
even though I am about 80 lbs overweight that my heart was normal, functioning appropriately, and
not enlarged. I do need to lose weight but I also have high blood pressure too. Wondering if the
back pain that I am feeling, the high blood pressure, and the edema in my ankles could be congestive heart failure?

Congested heart failure is a dysfuncitonal left ventricle that fails (weak conntactions) to supply output into circulation the  blood received from the lungs.  This failure causes blood to backup in the lungs and fluids leak into pulmonary tissues (edema) and congestion.

If the right side of the heart fails to adequately pump to the lungs returned blood from the system, blood will backup into one or both legs, ankles, and foot and fluids will leak into the peripheral tissues.

Peripheral edema can be due to sodium buildup, failure of other organs...
