Well, those are the most commonly used procedures, apart from medication if it helps, but there is one other which is a possibility if a surgeon is willing to do it. The procedure is called an endarterectomy and is performed around the graft areas during a bypass.
The inner layer of the artery along with the disease is removed. This leaves quite a rough surface and anticoagulants will be necessary for some time. It also poses a problem for restenosis.
